About J. Michael Gallagher

J. Michael Gallagher is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Washington since 1982. He devotes his practice almost exclusively to Family Law, particularly post-dissolution matters. The emphasis in his practice is on parenting plans, child support adjustments and modifications, visitations, custody, allegations of domestic violence, child abuse, sexual abuse of children, contempt re child support, contempt re parenting plans, denial of visitation, relocations, divorce and paternity actions.

Mr. Gallagher is a former Assistant Attorney General with the State of Washington and has operated his private practice since 1984. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Georgia State Bar Association, and the Federal Bar for the United States District Court Western District of Washington, 9th Circuit Court Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
